NAPLAN Practise Test - Year 3 & 5
All students in Year 3 and Year 5 will be sitting the NAPLAN test online this year. NAPLAN online usually takes place in Term 2.In order to help students become familiar with the online testing, we are taking part in a practise test on Thursday the 24th of March.
The sitting times of the tests are:
- 9.30am till 11am - Year 5 omnibus online NAPLAN test.
- 11.30am till 1pm - Year 3 omnibus online NAPLAN test and the Year 5 writing online.
It is important for the children to familiarise themselves with the online NAPLAN and it is expected children will be at school on that Thursday. Please notify the school if your child will be absent.
The practise test will provide students with an opportunity to become familiar with the types of questions they will experience in NAPLAN Online. The Omnibus tests are a combination of numeracy, spelling, grammar and punctuation and reading.
Please be aware this is a test of the internet capabilities NOT of the children's abilities.
