Congratulations to Father Emil who has been successful in his application to be the Parish Priest of the Central Canberra Parish.
Father Emil has been with us for 4 years and during that time his contributions to our school and community has been invaluble.
You will certainly be missed.
Our new Parish Priest will be Father Dominic Byrne who is joining us from the Batehaven Parish.
Lord Jesus,
You came among us as a teacher, to reveal to us the Father’s endless love and mercy.
Our Catholic schools continue to give witness to your compassion and wisdom, seeking always to ensure that we are all welcome no matter who we are.
May our Catholic schools continue to be places of belonging and sources of hope and enthusiasm for our young people and their families.
May the work of our Catholic schools always be guided by the inspiration of your Spirit.
We are celebrating Catholic Schools week with a Combined Schools Mass and an Open Day for all our parents and carers.

Happy Birthday to
who celebrate their birthdays this weekend.
We hope you enjoy your special day.
The students in Year 3 and 5 were given their NAPLAN results today.
The overall school results are a reflection of the focus the school has had in literacy and numeracy over the past two years.
In Year 3 the school is above the national average in writing, spelling, grammer & punctuation, numeracy with reading very close to the national average.
In Year 5 the school is above the national average in reading, writing and numeracy while equal to the national average in grammer & punctuation and very close to the national average in spelling.
A wonderful opportunity has been presented to our school by the school communities of St Mary’s Moruya, St Bernard’s Batemans Bay, and Carroll College Broulee.
An invitation is extended to our drought affected families for a weekend at the South Coast.
The south coast families have offered shared accommodation in their homes for Friday 23 November, Saturday 24 November before the visitors return home on Sunday 25th.
Our families would be matched with children the same ages from the host families. Everyone would get together on Friday at 7.00pm at Carroll College for a sausage sizzle and a meet and greet. The rest of the weekend activities would be up to the individual families. The duty of care rests with the parents of the children.
If your family is interested to take up this lovely opportunity please contact Robyn before Friday the 2nd of November.
