The garden has been setup in memory of Isabella Blampied but also as a place of easy access for less formal and incidental prayer.

We are very grateful to Ryan Pilon and his workers for taking on this project, to Linda Thomas, Grant Pettit and Justin Pettit for work in the garden and to Anderson's Concrete for donation of materials.

Everyone is most welcome at this special occasion.

Mrs Emma McRae our counsellor will be visiting our school next week on Tuesday December 11th.

The Year 5 students who were voted to continue onto the School Captain speeches will speak to the whole school and parents and friends in the school hall on Monday 10 December at 8:55am.

Everyone is most welcome to attend.

These students are:

Olivia Mangelsdorf, Ellie McDonell, Mia Pettit, Emily Rogers, Woody Ambrose and Logan Pettit.

Teachers and students from Years 2 to 5 will then vote for our 2019 School Captains.  The votes are weighted 50% teachers and 50% students.

We are having a celebration of writing for all classes on Monday 17 December from 9.30am till 10.30am.

Please come and visit your child in their classroom so they can show you their fabulous writing.  You will see the work that has been published as well as work in progress.

We welcome all parents and carers to this party.

Reports will be sent home with students next Friday 14th of December.  Reports for absent students will be posted.

Reports are an official written document for parents and it is up to their discretion as to how much of that report they share with their child.

Myfi Kellahan has completed her time on the Board and we appreciate the last four years including as Chairperson.

Our school will perform two songs at the West Wyalong Carols by Candlelight on Sunday 9th of December.

If your child would like to participate in our school performance please meet at Barnardo Park at 7pm.  We are usually one of the first schools to perform.

CANTEEN SPECIAL ORDER DAY

LAST DAY OF TERM 4

On Wednesday 19 December the canteen will sell Special Order lunches.

The special lunch will be a hot dog and lucky dip ice block for $4 with optional garlic bread at 50 cents for 2 pieces.

Extra Hot Dogs will cost $2.50, just add to order.

Please complete a brown lunch bag with your child's name, class, order and money and return to the school office by Monday 17 December.

The normal menu will not be available for lunch orders.  If you do not order the special lunch please make sure you send lunch with your child/ren.

Recess, lunch time treats and drinks will still be sold, however slushies and sippers will not be available.
